HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY AMERICA!

Lets celebrate with a commission I did at HeroesCon:  Duke from G.I. Joe!

Nothing says America like an cartoon aimed at children to sell toys! (I still loved the crap out of the show regardless.)
